Big News! InnoVent Renewables is excited to announce our expansion into Texas! We have established Texas InnoVent Renewables Inc (aka TIRES Inc) to operate an End-of-Life Tire (ELT) shredding and recycling facility near Houston.
Each year, approximately 1.5 billion ELTs are discarded globally, with over 300 million of those in the USA alone, posing significant environmental and public health challenges. Our TIRES facility will focus on producing recycled steel and rubber crumb grades, which have various applications including:
– Asphalt roads
– Landscaping
– Soccer fields
– Speed bumps
– Cement mix
We are proud to partner with Pyxis Group for strategy, Adrian Hernandez at MassTandem to expedite the permitting and offtake process, and Lori Hood at Shackelford for legal and compliance. TIRES Inc has already secured a contract for a large industrial site, and this project is set to create 15-20 full-time jobs for supervisors, facility managers, tire processors, and logistics.
