HOUSTON (September 5, 2023) – InnoVent Renewables announces the addition of strategic advisors Richard Loew and Matt Flanagan in support of InnoVent’s mission to drive renewable energy forward by mitigating the global environmental challenge of waste tires. InnoVent Renewables launched as a U.S.-based technology and operations company with a proprietary continuous pyrolysis technology that converts waste tires, plastics, and biomass into valuable fuels and chemicals. As strategic advisors and shareholders, Loew and Flanagan will assist InnoVent Renewables on a range of initiatives such as operational start-up, and early-stage growth.

He has a strong technology and leadership foundation due to his tenure with Price Waterhouse in the Management Consulting group. He has led IT through 3 IPO’s, led IT Acquisition Integration across 10 acquired assets in US, UK, France, Germany, and Belgium for three companies including Motiva, PBF and Petroplus.
Matt Flanagan, Partner with Pyxis Advisory Group, brings nearly 30 years of extensive energy industry experience as a global business executive selling and delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programs for multi-billion-dollar, multi-national corporations. Prior to Pyxis Advisory Group, Matt spent a decade as a partner with a management consulting firm, leading the firm’s downstream energy practice and serving clients including ExxonMobil, PBF Energy, Motiva, Sunoco, Monroe Energy, and Par Pacific.
