InnoVent Renewables is thrilled to announce that it has begun producing recycled carbon black (rCB) in our pilot facility, using our cutting-edge pyrolysis process! Our production facility, in Monterrey, Mexico, will transform 1 million waste tires annually into valuable circular fuels and chemicals. This includes our proprietary polishing unit that will crush the crude rCB into a fine powder, and remove metals, silica and metal oxides, producing a “ready to use” version. rCB is used in tire production, printing inks, paints, rubber materials, and more.
